Its clear, crisp, pastel pink hue is particularly appealing to the eye.
The bouquet is broad and expressive, with a dominant strawberry and pear note complemented by a hint of citrus fruit and a lingering aroma.
It has a sharp, bold initial taste, followed by a fruity richness leading to a perfectly balanced aftertaste.

“En bio, ce rosé et produit au coeur du vignoble de Saint-Emilion. Un assemblage typiquement bordelais, merlot (marjoritaire) avec ses complices, cabernet franc et cabernet sauvignon. L'attaque est franche et la persistance des arômes (agrumes, fruits rouges, poire...) est magnifique. Un vin tout en équilibre.”
